Stepping into the Annfield House Hotel was like entering a cozy Scottish retreat. the traditional home-cooked Scottish food served in the on-site coffee house & restaurant was simply delightful, accompanied by a selection of fine wines and whiskey that warmed the soul. Our room, accessed via an original 19th-century staircase, was equipped with modern amenities such as free Wi-Fi and a Freeview TV, ensuring a comfortable stay. the staff were friendly and helpful, offering insights on where to catch the train to Glasgow city centre and Ayr from Irvine railway station, conveniently located just a 20-minute walk away. Irvine town centre was only a mile away, making it easy to explore the local area.
